All Rajasthan tour packages and cab bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Booking details, vehicle type, hotel category, itinerary and inclusions will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment or confirmation amount has been received and acknowledged by Shyam Baba Travels.
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions, government regulations or other circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be made with the customer's convenience in mind.
Cab services are provided according to the vehicle and package selected at the time of booking. Pickup and drop timings and locations should be provided accurately by the customer.
Toll tax, parking charges, permits, entry fees, extra kilometres, additional sightseeing, driver allowances or other expenses not specifically included in the confirmed package may be charged separately.
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability. In case the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel may be provided after informing the customer.
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the hotel, cab operator, travel dates and services booked. Applicable cancellation charges will be communicated according to the booking conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing correct personal and travel information and for carrying valid identification documents required during the journey. Customers should also follow applicable local rules and regulations.
Shyam Baba Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, strikes or other unforeseen events.
Shyam Baba Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed with the customer. We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shyam Baba Travels reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page.
